Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Navaniit Creation. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns.

  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our Service
  • Orders: Requests to purchase Goods from Us

  • You: Individual or entity accessing or using the Service

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason.
  • The cancellation period expires 7 days after you or your appointed third party (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.
  • To cancel your order, contact us by email at hello@navaniitcreation.in or call +91-9158096524.
  • We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods, using the same means of payment as your order. No fees for reimbursement will apply.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used for your order (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc).
  • If a digital wallet or gateway was used, funds return to that account.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be purchased in the last 7 days.
  • Goods must be in original packaging and unused/undamaged.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Customized or personalized Goods
    • Perishable items or those past expiry
    • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
    • Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery
  • Navaniit Creation retains the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if these conditions are not met.

Exclusions

  • Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded.
  • Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless permitted by law.

Returning Goods

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.
  • Send returns to: Office, Atharva Feryez Plaza, 213, Pune - Satara Rd, opposite Shankar Math, Sambhagi Nagar, Dhankawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411028.
  • We recommend insured and trackable mail service; refunds can only be issued after receipt/proof of the return delivery.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, you'll receive gift credit for your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once returned product is received.
  • If not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the item, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
